~ WHERE WE FROM ~
Alchemy Records was found by Shane Gobi and Stuart Bates, chilling on a sofa in Queens Park back in May 2001. Nine years and 27 cd releases later, Alchemy is still one of the most productive labels in psy trance and our artist have graced the stages of the best festivals, club and underground events worldwide. Back in the day….our first ever label party took place in 2001 at a little underground venue in Willesden Green and since then we have continuously staged events in London, selling out legendary venues like the Coronet, Stratford Rex and the Scala to name a few….. and numerous smaller squat and club venues across the city.

Once again we are preparing to celebrate…..this time, our 9th anniversary with a special London underground event bringing together the full weight of alchemy artist roster, along with some good friends that have been released on alchemy and supported our mission over the years.
We are truly greatfull to all the friends, fans and dancefloors that have brought us so much joy and support over the years , so in return we will be giving you all a little birthday present from alchemy records……every entry to the event will get a FREE ALCHEMY RECORDS CD for your enjoyment.
